Stroope's Flatwound Initiative offers financial assistance to eligible Northwest Louisiana musicians who are unable to perform due to severe long-term illness or injury.
Eligibility
Flatwound Funds are designated for musicians based in Northwest Louisiana who are experiencing illnesses or injuries that prevent them from performing. Applicants for Flatwound Funds will need to provide evidence of their eligibility during the application process.
How Aid Works
Stroope's Flatwound Initiative may provide financial assistance in the following areas:

Shelter Expenses: Mortgage / Rent, Utilities, Insurance Premiums

Medical Expenses

Upon eligibility confirmation, a representative of Stroope's Flatwound Initiative will contact the recipient to discuss in greater detail the nature of the need. Once needs are sufficiently identified, Stroope's Flatwound Initiative will work with the recipient to provide direct payments to organizations on their behalf.
Please note: Stroope's Flatwound Initiative does not provide funds directly to recipients.
